Reading a form
In a form the words usually appear without an articlearticleA short word placed before a noun that shows its gender and number, such as el or la. and with a capital letter: Nombre (first name), Apellido (surname), Edad (age), Nacionalidad, Ciudad, Dirección (address), Correo electrónico (email), Teléfono móvil (mobile number) and Estado civil (marital status).

Reading a profile
A profile is a short text about a person, for example in a language course or an app. It contains the same details, but in full sentences: Me llamo Lucía. Tengo 28 años. Soy española, de Sevilla. Vivo en Madrid. Estoy soltera.
When filling in, pay attention to the form: for a woman it's española and soltera, for a man español and soltero.
